Subject: Complaint against the postman.
Dear Sir
This is to bring to your notice that the postman of our area is being careless and neglecting his duties. Every body in our area has a name plate and the house number fixed outside the house. Moreover each of the family living in our locality has a letter box, but still the postman throws letters here and there.
The important letters have been misplaced because of his negligence. On behalf of our locality I request you to take strict action against him.
